DREAMING PURPLE NEON is being rewritten for production in late 2005.  Finally, the new supernatural ghost epic is coming to the screen in 2006.  Production will begin in late 2005 and will last an estimated 7 weeks.  Effects artists, actors, actresses and bands with horror themed music are invited to send us e-mail or contact Extreme Entertainment via this website!  The film began life as a Horror/Comedy, but has since turned into a deadly serious supernatural movie along the lines of The Ring and The Eye... creepy like many of today's Asian Horror imports, but with twists and a nasty edge that will shock even today's jaded Horror audiences!!!

The Erotic Horror Werewolf film Wolfsbane is finally set to begin pre-production.  The original script has been re-imagined and is currently being written by two very talented (and fairly well-known) writers.  Once the script is delivered and accepted and contracts are signed, we'll let the secret out of the bag - and you'll be very surprised by the authors of this one!  Let's just say that Splatter fans will go NUTS!  The basic story is about an 18 year old who traces his family history to a small town that is actually a haven for WEREWOLVES... negotiations with various effects houses are underway for the creation of the beasts.  A design similar to the original Howling movie is being sought.  No CGI is expected to be used.  The producers would like to keep everything organic and have all effects done on the set.  Various Horror icons are also in talks about various parts in the film.  As soon as script approval happens, this one should enter into full pre-production.  Filming is expected to start as early as Summer 2006.

WHAT in the Hell is SCORN?
Also, preproduction will begin in late 2005 for the gothic Action/Fantasy SCORN.  If there were ever a female version of Batman, this would be it!  When her life is totally devastated on her wedding day, one woman takes revenge into her own hands... and the results are thrilling, tragic and intense!  Not a typical low budget film, this script is amazing, smart and dark.... SCORN will be the film to break Extreme into a whole new market, and as such, is being done with attention to every detail and although it is taking forever to get the film ready, the wait will be worth it in this case!  Easily the most ambitious project the company has ever been involved in, some of the industries hottest young make up, digital effects and graphic designers are involved.  Sketches should be done and storyboards complete by Summer 2005.  At this point any changes needed to the script and effects production will be done and digital effects will begin pre-production.  Both normal principal photography and digital effects shots will be done at the same time and on the same sets.  This one will surprise everyone.  Stay tuned for more details as contracts are signed and actors / actresses are brought on the project.

Another incredible script waiting for production is the Action/Vampire hybrid movie LAIR, written by stunt master Antwoine Steel.  It's nonstop action, gore galore and martial arts mayhem from start to finish.  Best described as Matrix meets Interview With A Vampire - only very bloody... This one has been under extensive rewrites from Antwoine, who added more action to an already full script.  Keep watching for production updates.

FEAR OF THE DARK in Post Production!

Fear Of The Dark is the newest video release from director Todd Sheets.  The film, produced by Chris Morrison, is a return to the traditional Horror film, about ghosts, hauntings and supernatural elements.  No need to worry though, these ghosts are not trying to give people any messages, nor do they simply want help... These ghosts are angry and ready to enact revenge on any humans in their path.  A new cast of faces, a few old friends and some great effects await in the new one, shot over 8 weeks this past Summer.  Theatrical screenings in various film festivals have been positive and the film is gaining some attention.  Now remember that this film was the first in production and the first to begin filming with this Title... and yet two other films have taken it and been released.  One was a wide release, one an independent amateur video production.  Another film with this title has also been announced.  There was talk of changing the title, but the company has decided to seek a legal answer to this perplexing problem and as of now the name is not going to be changed on this film.  Some of the others may have to do so in the coming weeks however.
